Scott MacMillan is a Resource Management Officer at the Canterbury Regional Council whose primary role is in Farming Land Use Nutrient Management in the Upper Waitaki Catchment Area. Scott has been involved in the extensive Agri Business sector for 3 decades and can also be found in the South Island High Country during his spare time.
