Presentation
What are we measuring? Is it taking us to where we want to be?
In a world where compliance is becoming increasingly more complex, are we sure that we are actually monitoring the things that matter? And how do we know? Looking beyond the measurements and placing ourselves in the shoes of communities and more importantly, the Taiao itself, allows us to develop authentic connections between our role and the expectations of everybody involved.
Compliance is an art as much as it is a science. By understanding the connection between what we do and how we know it is making a difference, true meaning will arise. I will be discussing different ways of exploring the impact of compliance and how we can ensure environmental compliance is both relevant and meaningful to communities now and into the future.
