Tom Firmin

Introducing Tom Firmin originally from the sunny Bay of Plenty he now calls Te Tairawhiti home.  Formerly with Police for twenty years he returned to NZ in 2014. He has since worked for a number of central Government agencies in the investigation, regulatory and compliance roles.  He has an undergraduate Major in Religious Studies from Massey University originating from an interest in Terrorism and Counterterrorism and a Master of Public Management from Victoria University.  Tom is working within Gisborne District Councils Forestry Team.  Outside of work he is married to Linda they have two great active dogs and look forward to outdoor pursuits both above the water and below.
